Important information you need to know when making a booking.
- Each vessel has a security deposit which is paid in advance to confirm your booking ($700 on the Homecruiser 47 and Luxury 45, $500 on the Executive 35 and Seaway 33 and $300 on the Budget Riverboat 28). We do reserve the right to increase the security deposit.
- This deposit is fully refundable within 7 days of your return, less the cost of fuel used. We simply refund it back onto your credit card or direct deposit to your bank account.
- For convenience, deposits can be paid at the time of booking over the phone using your credit card. Alternatively we will forward a tentative booking with a “deposit due by” date. Once your deposit is paid we guarantee to hold the vessel for you.
Please note that you are required to arrive at our marina on the day of your departure no later than 4pm. This ensures that you have sufficient time to be briefed and depart by 4.30pm with sufficient daylight to be securely moored or anchored for the evening in accordance with NSW Maritime legislation.
